Virtual Public Transport Impact Analysis Intern (Higher Professional Education)

Job description

As an Impact Analysis intern at Changefied, you are responsible for mapping the societal impact of our Virtual Reality project, which helps young people travel independently using public transport. You will conduct practice-oriented graduation research that aligns directly with the activities within the project.


Core tasks and activities

  • You collect and analyze data on the use and effects of Virtual Public Transport, both digitally via surveys, online feedback tools, and dashboards, as well as through interviews and observations at schools, to gain insight for various target groups and stakeholders.
  • You investigate the societal value of Virtual Public Transport, connecting theory and practice.
  • You report research results and make concrete recommendations for optimization and further implementation.
  • You work closely with the Virtual Public Transport team, participate in meetings, and assist with communication and presentation activities.
  • You develop a written graduation report and present your findings to stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
  • You maintain contact with the study program and ensure that your internship assignment meets the requirements of the HBO graduation research.


Your profile

  • You are a HBO student, ideally from a relevant field of study such as Social Work, Behaviour and Society, Business Administration with a focus on societal impact, Communication, or Mobility and Sustainability.
  • You have an independent and proactive work attitude, with an analytical perspective and an eye for detail.
  • You possess good research skills and can work in a systematic and methodical manner.
  • You are skilled in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Affinity with social themes, education, and mobility is a plus.
