Changefied develops innovative Virtual Reality learning platforms that increase the self-reliance of neurodivergent youth. An example is Virtual OV, with which neurodivergent youth learn to travel independently by public transport via Virtual Reality.


We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns who want to help build the societal impact of our projects. Whether you are looking for a higher professional education internship or wish to carry out a university assignment, with us you will have the opportunity to conduct practice-oriented research or perform in-depth academic work.

Possible internship assignments at Changefied

  • Impact analysis: Measure and analyze the societal value of our Virtual Reality learning platforms with practice-oriented research.
  • Communication and Campaigning: Develop campaigns and communication plans to raise awareness via social media and other channels.
  • Educational innovation: Research and develop applications of VR within (special) education, for example for neurodivergent learners and the preparation of future educational professionals.
  • Data Analysis and Monitoring: Process usage data and feedback to improve the effectiveness of VR training.
  • Project Support: Assist with organizing training sessions, events, and collaborations.


Who are we looking for?

  • HBO or university student, preferably in studies such as Educational Sciences, Pedagogical Sciences, Communication, Marketing, Data Science, Social Work, Special Education, or similar.
  • Analytical, curious, and proactive with good research skills.
  • Affinity with societal impact, education, mobility, or innovation.
